RealtorMag entitled “A Clean Slate,” shadow inventory of distressed listings showed signs of easing in 2011. Mortgage rates are at historic lows, and the spring buying season is beginning. So if you are trying to sell your home as a foreclosure or short sale, hire an experienced realtor and try to be patient. If you are thinking of buying a home, this is one of the best times in recent history to buy – deals are everywhere.
